Our School

Welcome to Stepney Park Primary School!

At our school, we value both traditional academic learning and wider personal development. Children at Stepney Park work hard and staff, drawing on research, support each of them to learn as much as they can. Our success can be seen in our results. However, we also offer children a much wider range of opportunities: we provide a fantastic range of trips, including residentials; our music provision is excellent; children perform in our annual poetry slam, talent show and drama club; children represent the school in sports events, chess tournaments and maths leagues and more. This, among more besides, is how we teach children to take on our school values of respect, resilience and independence.

We are also proud to be an inclusive school: we cater for a wide range of Special Educational Needs (SEN). For some, this happens through excellent teaching in our mainstream classes while, for others, this happens in one of our two specialist classrooms, which draw on support from Phoenix School, a local special school.

If you have a child at the school, I’d love to hear your thoughts on any aspect of school life. You can usually find me at the school gate at the end of the day, otherwise you contact me by email at admin@stepneypark.towerhamlets.sch.uk

If you are a parent interested in a school place, our admissions page may be helpful. You can also contact the school to arrange a visit to see Stepney Park for yourself.
