What has been happening in the EYFS?
Nursery children have been sharing the story ‘Whatever next’ by Jill Murphy. The children have been using their imagination to have an adventure to the moon and to talk about what they might do once there.
“Whoosh, my rocket ship!” said Probal.
“Let’s have a picnic, you can eat the biscuits Anayah.” said Ruby
We enjoyed role playing the story and looking for the characters lurking in our Woodland!
Nursery children have been working together and sharing ideas on how to build very tall towers. When they fall down they just build them back up again!
Reception have been reading 'Room on the Broom' and writing their own spells. Inaaya wrote the spell 'iggety, ziggety pop'!
