Happy New Year!

We were excited to welcome the children back to school after a restful holiday.  We have been so impressed with the focus and positivity with which children have returned.  They are a credit to you!

Read on to see how our Learning Behaviours are evident across the school and see our great work and the wide variety of experiences we have been having.

Remember you can go to the Curriculum section of our website to find out all about what we are doing in our subjects this year, so you can always feel informed as to what your children are learning.    Each year group has an overview so you can know what we are learning across the year.

Don't forget to go to the Parental Engagement page for further updates on opportunities in school and across Tower Hamlets and check out the important dates below.

Thank you for your continued support of your child's learning and our school.

Inclusive Practice

At Stepney Park, we recognise that every child has their own needs and abilities.  We are so lucky to have a fantastic range of provision at the school to support all our learners.  From Sensory Circuit to Lego Therapy, we provide children with the right interactions to meet their needs.

If you feel your child could benefit from more support with their learning or development at school, take a look at the inclusion section of our website for further guidance.

The New Scooter Park!

Scooter Donations Please!!

We have a fantastic new bike and scooter track in the playground for all children to use at break times and for the Nursery and Reception children to use in their exploring time.

We would love any donations of your old scooters!!  If you have scooters at home which your children no longer use, which are in safe working order, please can you drop them into the school office.  Thank you in advance for you generosity.

Please speak to a member of our Pastoral care team if you are interested.

Toddler Group

            All Nursery Parents!

If you would like your child to attend our Reception next year, please read the information below.

Reception school admissions: starting Reception in 2023/24

Pupils usually start primary school in the September following their fourth birthday. If your child was born between 1 September 2018 and 31 August 2019 this will be from September 2023. You must Make an online application for a reception place, even if your child is already attending the school's nursery.

There is no automatic right of transfer from the nursery class to the reception class in the same school, and attending a nursery class does not give any priority for admission to reception class at the same school.

You must apply via the e-admissions portal.

Closing date for making Reception applications is 15th January! This weekend!
