Celebrating World Book Day

World Book Day aims to change lives through a love of books and reading. Across the week we've been celebrating the love of reading through assemblies, activities in class, new books in the classrooms and dressing up as our favourite characters!

Well done to a girl in 1 Willow who became the first child to collect all 6 Learning Behaviour Postcards! Soon, she will be receiving an invitation to the 'Headteacher's Tea Party,' where she can share all her fantastic learning (while enjoying some delicious cake).

If you have all 6 postcards at home, don't forget to bring them into school and tell your class teacher!

We are pleased to celebrate the hard work and concentration that is evident across the school. Children are building on their previous learning, reflecting how to get even better and trying hard.
