12th November 2021, Newsletter

We are bouncing brightly through November!

We are continuing to learn from new experiences in our new term, as we watch the seasons turn.  We are learning about ourselves and learning about others as we learn inside and outside.

We have lots to share with you again in our newsletter.

Thank you for your continued support of your child's learning and our school.

Read on to see how learners at Stepney Park 'show empathy' as they develop along their learning journey.

Don't forget to go to the Parents page for further updates on opportunities in school and across Tower Hamlets.

Parent and Teacher Meetings

News Item - École St. Angela Merici

You will receive your invite to your parent-teacher meeting today.  Please check your child's bag.  We have done our best to give you a choice you want however there was high demand for early slots and we have had to fit everyone in as best we can.

Your appointment will be on Tuesday 16th or Thursday 18th.

We look forward to seeing you all next week to celebrate learning at school with you.  Please remember that we would like your child to attend the meeting too so that they can share in the conversation about their learning.

National Road Safety Week

Whether we walk, ride or drive, we all have a responsibility to use roads safely to protect everyone in our school community.

If you’re the parent or carer of children, here are some ways you can help keep them safe:

 • Hold hands with them when walking near roads

 • Always cross roads at safe places e.g. pedestrian crossings

 • Ride with children on safe paths away from traffic

 • Make sure children wear a cycle helmet to protect their head if they fall off

• Make sure a child is sitting in a well-fitted, appropriately sized child seat if travelling by car.

All parents and carers can help children and young people use roads safely and choose active ways to travel or public transport where possible.
